Re-Completing Courses & Updating Certificate Dates
Re-Completing Courses & Updating Certificate Dates
Updated over a year ago

Many of our instructors will re-take courses such as safeguarding and first aid, as when the qualifications or courses need to be updated. By default, after 1 year from enrolment, access to courses will drop off.

This is just to enable you to re-access courses 'afresh' and to enjoy any new and revised content since you last completed the training.

On completion, you'll see confirmation that you have completed training. By default, some certificates will still show the first completion date. This is to ensure you can provide evidence to an insurer or similar body, should it ever be requested.

If you require an up to date completion date for onward compliance, please just ask one of the team. We'll clear the prior date of completion and update this to the newer date, so your certification accurately reflects the most up to date training.
