It's quick and easy to securely submit key documentation for review.

How To Verify Documents

  1. Once logged in, look for the 'verification' button the left hand menu. It's also under Compliance > Verify Your Account on the main menu. The exact URL is; https://mybmaba.org.uk/essentials/verify-your-account/

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide the details needed to verify the documentation we hold on file for you.

What Happens When Documentation Is Uploaded?

If you're an instructor our AI will automatically scan anything you upload. This ensures in most cases that your national instructor records (visible from bmaba.org.uk/verify and within your portal, for your own internal record) are updated within 3 minutes. A member of our compliance team then manually checks every upload within typically a few working days, to double check the system for accuracy. At this point, we upload a copy to your evidence provided folder, located in your instructor documents. This ensures you can always access the original evidence securely, even on the move.

If you're an assistant instructor or volunteer it does take a little longer - usually between 5-20 working days. This is because it requires a manual check by the team.

Are BMABA Awards Automatically Verified?

Not currently. There's some complexity to this, as it would in theory erase any other (potentially longer-lasting or more advanced) checks already recorded for you. Currently, you'll need to download the certificate which is automatically available upon completion of a course, and then upload a copy in the usual way.
