You can verify your professional evidence, such as DBS checks, first aid qualifications, safeguarding training and insurance, from the link below. In the sidebar it's under Essentials > Compliance, and there's a My compliance shortcut near the top of the menu. Each item on the page shows whether it's verified, pending, missing or not required for the work you do.
To send us something, open the item and choose Send us a certificate. You can attach a PDF or a photo (JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC), and the page tells you the size limit. For training you've taken with BMABA, choose Check my BMABA training instead and we'll verify it straight away from your course record, with no upload needed.
If you run a team, you can upload on their behalf from the same page: open the person under your team and send their evidence the same way. Assistant instructors and volunteers can also submit their own.
Anything you upload goes onto your record as Pending Review immediately and shows as "Sent to us on" with the date. One of our operations team then checks it against the certificate, usually within 7 days, and your record updates once it's verified. Pending items still count against your IVY rating and any regulatory programme until then, so if something is urgent, message us on chat and we'll look sooner.
Everything you send is handled under our ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials controls and kept in confidence. We never share original files outside BMABA unless required by law.
