How Do I Update Or Provide Evidence To Verify My Account?

You can quickly and securely verify your professional evidence – such as DBS checks, first aid qualifications, insurance and so on – from the below link. It’s also available under the main menu > ESSENTIALS > Verify Account. If you’re using the MyBMABA app, you’ll find this under the title ‘Verify My Account’.

On the sidebar, there's also 'verification' which you can press for quick-access to submission.

If you're uploading documents on behalf of your team, please use the 'MISC' option when prompted and we'll manually look through documents provided. For all other evidence, our AI will scan the entry and automatically update instructor accounts within 60 seconds of submission. This isn't yet automated for assistants.

You will always receive an emailed confirmation receipt when using our official verification channel and it ensures your evidence is properly checked and saved to your BMABA Drive by one of our qualified operations team
