If as a club you need to have 'top-level' organisational oversight for somebody other than you, we can create a free management account at any time for you. This account won't have access to resources or tools in MyBMABA, but it can be a club name account (i.e: 'WSA Combat') and can then have full visibility over all instructors, students, insurances and so on. It's free to set up - we just need you to come through to the team with a unique email and confirmation of the club name. The only caveat is the management account becomes the 'lead' for the purposes of data management, so you might lose visibility from your current account (assuming you're the lead instructor) of your team.
If you need to upgrade or change over an assistant instructor to instructor, or volunteer to assistant, and so on, start by purchasing the relevant membership type here.
Once that's done, rather than adding them on afresh as a new instructor etc, drop the team a line and let us know who's transferring, and what they're moving to (i.e: Please transfer John Bloggs from an assistant to the newly purchased Silver Instructor).
Our team can then take care of a careful migration, so your new instructor doesn't lose access to their old assistant instructor course progress and community content.
