The MyBMABA Portal Explained

At the end of 2024 we transitioned away from an 'off the shelf' read only portal from our CRM provider to our own in-house, custom build portal. It's completely re-designed from the ground up, and works 'out of the box'.

Allowances & Credits (Adding & Renewing)

Prior to the new portal launching, at renewal (or at any point during the year) clubs would have to specify exactly who is to be renewed, and provide all details at that point. This created an administration bottle-neck for clubs and made it very time consuming (and slower for clubs!) for our team to pick up the new registrations, renew dates etc, and then issue documents.

Our new allowances system allows you as a club to purchase any number of instructors, students, clubs, volunteers and so on without having to confirm who they are. Instead, you'll find an 'Allowances' box at the top of the MyBMABA portal.

This allows you to instantly register or renew your instructors, volunteers, assistants, students, clubs and so on from one page.

Simply 'add new' or renew (for students, select the student and press renew) to automatically move dates forward and renew your team.

After renewing, you'll see your allowances update as soon as the order completes. Your own instructor record will be rolled forward from our end, and you can then take care of the rest of your team, students and club as required.

Downloading Documentation

Rather than the old 'BMABA Docs' folder each club was assigned, which sometimes caused issues with downloads and up to date documentation, you now have the ability to generate documentation 'on demand' at any time, for any instructors, volunteer, assistant or student.

On the top of each relevant page will be a 'Generate Certificate' button (or similar)
