ClubManagerbyBMABA has the unique ability to create any number of documents and certificates right from within the software itself, making it really quick and easy to have consistently branded, professional documents across your club in a few clicks.

ClubManagerbyBMABA has the ability to produce two types of document - grading certificates and documents. Here's a really useful, narrated video tutorial on how the feature works, and how to get started;

As the name suggests, these are linked to student grades and so are perfect for issuing in respect of progress and grades. You can create an unlimited number of grading designs and setups, completely customising the text, content and style of each certificate. This is especially useful if you have multiple styles or classes running at once.

This can cover a huge range of remits. From sign up forms and letters through to licence slips and membership documents. You can upload any template you like and create a customised document that can be pulled out of the system on a preset template.

To get started, you'll need to upload a base design. This is effectively the background of your document. You can insert 'Merge Tags' (specific, custom data such as grade, name, email and so on) on top of this.

You can of course design and upload your own base templates for letters, documents or certificates. The editor can accept any JPG, JPEG, or PNG up to a maximum file size of 5MB. Please ensure anything uploaded is also in the 1000px pixel by 1414px dimensions (or visa-versa, for landscape).

We've designed a library of pre-templated certificates and documents in the correct dimensions for you to use without any additional editing.

MARKETING & DESIGN SOFTWARE

We offer a free marketing and design studio package which allows you to create and edit certificates and other branded documents online. It's available to all members and is super helpful if you'd like to create a unique, bespoke club certificate range.
