We're pleased to share with the community our roadmap for the Club Management platform offered exclusively to BMABA clubs and instructors.

19th April 2024 - 2.0.1 -

Initial fixes regarding classes not being creatable due to memberships not showing as available

19th April 2024 - 2.0.2 -

Fix of minor bugs including issue affecting individual memberships on class booking screen, and visibility of individual memberships to individual account holders.

20th April 2024 - 2.0.3 -

Correction to class payment issues and minor fixes to categorisation issues.

24th April 2024 - 2.0.4

2.0.4 includes a number of 'heavy structural' improvements, including a revised student deletion policy that now properly reflects back to the class register, resolving the issue of 'phantom' attendees that could show on the class summary, but not on the class register. We've also fixed an issue with the front-end calendar not working properly, and we've enabled clubs to pick whether they want to use the 'front-end' (default) WooCommerce checkout, or the checkout built into ClubManager by BMABA, making sure the platform works for clubs that do use the front end for a shop or similar, and don't want everyone to be routed into the Student Portal. There have also been a number of coding and logic based updates.

24th April 2024 - 2.0.5

Further fixes based on the above principles.

25th April 2024 - 2.0.6

2.0.6 is sixth improvement release in less than a week, as we work through individual and specific issues affecting very small sections of users. We're also fixing a conditional issue removing some students from classes in this hot patch.

We also made changes to the way parents can register their children, with the ability to do so without needing to use an email address, among other improvements.

7th May 2024 - 2.0.7 *CURRENT VERSION*

2.0.7 is a final package to address the class capacity issue and an intermittent Stripe checkout issue some clubs had experienced with later updates to WooCommerce.
