MAJOR UPDATE
We're pleased to release our final iteration of ClubManager by BMABA in the V3 development window. This final update brings huge new improvements, and new novel functionality.

NEW FEATURE - 1to1 Tuition - This module now allows you to manage the scheduling and oversight of one to one private tuition, as well as automatically taking care of invoicing for private lessons.

NEW FEATURE - Business Manager - This module provides clubs with a comprehensive, in-depth business management module that makes it easy to manage all aspects of club financials and growth, also allowing for faster modelling of new classes and so on, to help you grow safely.

NEW FEATURE - Staff Management - This long awaited feature now makes it possible to have complete oversight of your team - from managers and instructors through to volunteers and assistants. Effortlessly manage all of their core details and checks, and grant them access on a varying basis to different parts of your management platform so they can assist with admin, and communicate with one another securely.

NEW FEATURE - Lead Management - This new module now provides a dedicated way to manage any leads or prospects from within ClubManager, sending bespoke and custom alerts or emails, and tracking every aspect of the sales pipeline.

NEW FEATURE - Staff META - This new feature allows you to set your own custom staff META, such as additional checks or details, and it allows you to control what can be seen, edited or updated.

Improvement - Student META - This new improvement allows you to control student custom details (META) more precisely, with the ability to lock editing after first entry, to leave it open for student's to self manage or to have it editable by admin only.

NEW FEATURE - Workspace - This new feature provides a dedicated place for you and your team to go to see core files, the shared calendar, upcoming appointments, private lessons, club information and more.

NEW FEATURE - Club Webshop - This now allows you to incorporate your WooCommerce shop into your member's area, making it easier than ever for students and parents to purchase goods from within your student portal.

Fix - Grade Duplication - This new improvement now shows which class the grade is assigned to, making it easier than ever to manage multiple grade assignments within a single syllabus.

Fix - Budgeting Module - We've fixed the budgeting module's 'good / okay / bad' scoring to make it more contingent to real-life financial management.

Fix - Grade Duplication - We've fixed the prior inability for clubs who were unable to edit their admin profile picture, for use in forums and so on.

Fix - Issues occuring when parents checkout for students, but no membership plan is assigned to the student.

Improvement - Recurring Payments - With some changes made to the API of WooCommerce, we've released a patch in 3.2.1 to ensure automatic payments continue to run smoothly. This makes both PayPal Recurring Payments and Stripe Recurring Payments more reliable, and also ensures clubs don't have to perform lots of manual updates each month when clients renew.

NEW FEATURE - Invoicing - This new feature allows clubs to quickly and easily invoice students for anything from classes to equipment and gradings. Invoices are delivered direct to the student (or parent) inbox and can be paid easily from the student portal.

NEW FEATURE - Calendar - Introduction of a brand new calendar and scheduling module designed to make it super easy to automatically track events and classes, and to add custom meetings, tasks and deadlines for better time and team management.

Improvement - Tasks- To compliment the new scheduler, we now have due dates available for tasks, making it possible to have specific tasks show up in your calendar, with completed tasks remaining with a line-through for better visibility.

NEW FEATURE - Event Management - A dedicated, fully-featured event management module that includes ticketing, front end purchasing, full attendees list, fighter listings, ticket sales and a comprehensive event checklist.

NEW FEATURE - Grade Based Syllabus - Introduction of a syllabus contents field which allows you to (if you wish) share specific syllabus content or generic grade based information that is visible in the student portal when a student reaches a dedicated grade.

Improvement - Custom Meta Data Types - We've improved the custom meta options, by now including the option of a checkbox alongside the various other forms of custom fields available. This should make it super easy to now include things like photography consent, legal terms, and so on.

Improvement - Customer Emails - We've updated the wording of all customer facing emails to make it more human and clear, also making it less 'matter of fact' on renewal and expiry of memberships, moving away from a notice that thanks students for their custom and instead lets them know it's just a system notification, and that they should disregard it if they have automated payments in place, to avoid customer confusion.

Fix - Custom META issue in which when more than 3 different custom META fields being entered would cause a conflict where the third field would be constantly overwritten by the new field. This is now resolved.

NEW FEATURE - Accounting & Budgeting Feature - A completely new and dedicated accounting and budgeting suite has been created, with a dedicated income/outgoing ledger for book-keeping, and a dedicated dashboard for financial oversight. This includes the ability to import and export transactions.

NEW FEATURE - New Menu - To accommodate the host of new features we're introducing, we've changed the menu to make it easier to navigate for administrators.

NEW FEATURE - Safeguarding - A dedicated and password protected safeguarding module has been created to help manage, track and share safeguarding concerns with BMABA and LADO.

NEW FEATURE - Introduction of Q&A style community forum board, to allow clubs to host private conversations, debates and answers within their club management platform.

NEW FEATURE - Introduction of belt-restricted video content, to allow clubs to share YouTube videos of resources, training, tutorials etc and drip-feed access based upon any combination of grades held and attained.

Introduction to improvements in PAYG (Pay as you Go) functionality, to include the ability to set either a recurring payment for each class a student attends, which is invoiced to the account for payment, or to set a one-time payment for an on-going chain of classes (for short courses, term timed classes, and so on).

New email notifications now mean you'll receive a specific ClubManager by BMABA notification when somebody signs up to your platform.
