The AI Toolkit is a content generation tool built into MyBMABA, powered by AI. It helps instructors and club owners quickly create professional, ready-to-use written content - from blog posts and social media captions to website copy, marketing emails, and video scripts - all tailored to the martial arts industry.

Who can use it?
The AI Toolkit is available to all paying BMABA members. Your membership tier determines how many times you can generate content each day:

Your daily allowance resets at midnight each night. You can see how many generations you have remaining at the top of the toolkit.
If you're not a paying member, you won't be able to access the AI Toolkit. If you believe you should have access but are seeing an error, please contact us.
How to access it
You can find the AI Toolkit within your MyBMABA dashboard. Look for the AI Toolkit link in your navigation menu. You must be logged in to use it.
What can I create?
The toolkit is organised into four categories, each containing a set of ready-made templates:
Content
Article — Generate full articles based on a title, keywords, and subheadings. Choose from short, medium, or long.
Blog Post — Create complete blog posts on any topic, tailored to a specific audience and length.
Grammar Check — Paste in existing text and the AI will correct any grammar and spelling errors.
Website
About Us — Generate professional "About Us" page text for your club's website, in your preferred tone.
FAQ — Create a set of frequently asked questions and answers for any product or service you offer.
Headline — Generate multiple engaging headlines for your website, targeting a specific audience.
Marketing
Facebook Ad — Create optimised Facebook ad copy for your classes, events, or offers.
Newsletter — Generate engaging newsletter content with your highlights and a call to action.
Welcome Email — Write a polished welcome email for new members joining your club.
Social
Hashtags — Generate relevant hashtags for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
Social Post — Create ready-to-publish social media posts with emojis and hashtags, in your preferred tone.
Video Script — Generate detailed video scripts for content ranging from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
How to use it
Choose a template — Browse the categories or use the search bar to find the template you need. Click on a template card to select it.
Fill in the fields — Each template has a short form asking for the details the AI needs. For example, a Blog Post template will ask for the topic, target audience, keywords, and preferred length. The more detail you provide, the better the result.
Click Generate — Hit the "Generate Content" button. The AI will take a few seconds to produce your content. Your daily usage count will decrease by one.
Review and edit — The generated content appears in an editable panel on the right. You can click directly into the text to make changes, fix wording, or add your own touches.
Copy or save — When you're happy with the result, you can:
Copy to clipboard — Paste it straight into your website, email, or social media.
Save as a document — Give it a name and save it to your personal document library within the toolkit.
Regenerate — Not happy? Hit regenerate to get a fresh version (this uses another daily generation).
Saved documents
Any content you save is stored in your personal Documents tab within the AI Toolkit. From there you can:
View all your saved documents, sorted by most recently updated.
Open and edit any saved document.
Delete documents you no longer need.
Documents are saved to your account and are only visible to you.
Tips for getting the best results
Be specific — The more detail you give in the form fields, the more relevant and useful the output will be. Instead of "martial arts classes", try "beginner kickboxing classes for adults in Manchester".
Use the right template — Each template is designed for a specific type of content. A Facebook Ad template will produce very different output to a Blog Post template, even on the same topic.
Edit the output — AI-generated content is a starting point, not a finished product. Always review the text, add your own personality, and check any facts or claims before publishing.
Try different lengths — If a "Short" article doesn't give you enough, try "Medium" or "Long". You can always trim it down.
Save your best work — If you generate something you like, save it straight away so you don't lose it.
Important notes
All generated content is written in British English and tailored for UK martial arts audiences.
The AI does not have access to your personal club details unless you type them into the form fields. It won't automatically know your club name, location, or class schedule.
Generated content should always be reviewed before publishing. While the AI produces high-quality drafts, you are responsible for ensuring accuracy and suitability.
Your daily generation limit is tied to your membership tier. If you need more generations, consider upgrading your membership.
Troubleshooting
I can't see the AI Toolkit in my dashboard Make sure you are logged in and that your BMABA membership is active. The toolkit is only available to paying members (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).
I'm seeing "daily limit reached" Your generation allowance resets at midnight. You can check your current usage at the top of the toolkit. If you regularly hit your limit, upgrading your membership tier will give you more daily generations.
The generated content isn't relevant Try being more specific in the form fields. Add detail about your audience, your location, your martial art, and what makes your club unique. The AI works best when it has clear context to work with.
My saved document has disappeared Documents are stored against your user account. If you're logged into a different account, you won't see documents saved under another. If you believe there's an issue, contact us.
