As part of maintaining an accurate, up-to-date compliance record within your club, it’s important to ensure that only active team members are associated with your organisation. Whether it's a former instructor, expired assistant, or a volunteer who no longer participates, removing individuals who are no longer part of your team helps ensure your records reflect your actual operational structure — especially when compliance tools like Club Colours or Regulation Ready rely on live data to assess your licensing status.
🔴 Look For The 'Remove Team Members' Button
Wherever your team is listed — whether within:
The Club Colours dashboard
The Regulation Ready panel
Any area showing a breakdown of instructors, assistant instructors or volunteers
—you'll find a red button labelled “Remove Team Members”.
Clicking this will open a quick process allowing you to remove someone from your club entirely. This action is available to help with housekeeping and record management.
⚠️ Important: What Happens When You Remove Someone
Removing a team member triggers several important actions:
Their membership and any associated insurances are immediately cancelled.
They will no longer be able to access MyBMABA. Their login will be revoked.
They will be removed from your club’s dashboard, registers, and compliance scoring systems.
They will no longer appear in any Regulation Ready or Club Colours evaluation.
Please note:
This does not automatically reduce or cancel any active monthly membership associated with the individual or your account. We do not offer refunds for mid-term cancellations unless explicitly agreed in advance. However, if you'd like to reduce your monthly billing due to removing a non-insured member, our team may be able to make adjustments. Please get in touch.
Why You Should Use This Function
This is a housekeeping tool designed to help you:
Remove expired or departed instructors, assistants or volunteers
Prevent inactive personnel from lowering your compliance scores (such as an expired DBS)
Keep your club’s public and internal records accurate and compliant
This function is especially useful during audits, renewal reviews, or when preparing your club to apply for or maintain elite licensing status via Regulation Ready or Club Colours.
