ClubManager by BMABA is a Wordpress plugin that contains within it the power to manage all aspects of your martial arts club. Be that accepting payments, managing attendance, tracking grade, logging claims or so much more in between.
There's just a couple of super-basic things you'll need to do to get started.
If you DON'T already have a Wordpress website
The first thing you'll need is a Wordpress website on which you can run ClubManager. Don't worry if you don't already have one - we can help! We offer our members WordpressbyBMABA free of charge. This is a superb Wordpress hosting setup that allows you to instantly get setup and started.
How do I setup my account with WordpressbyBMABA?
Head over to https://bmaba.club/register and setup access. As soon as you have your Wordpress site live, you can come back here to continue.
Remember to visit mybmaba.org.uk/redeem first, to access your codes needed to sign up free of charge!

Once you're logged into your Wordpress website, you'll see ClubManagerbyBMABA on the menu.
Now you have your website ready to go, with ClubManager pre-installed, you just need to activate your licence.
Click here to setup an account with ClubManagerbyBMABA to obtain your licence.
Remember to visit mybmaba.org.uk/redeem and make sure you have your premium code ready to go to redeem the correct tier of licence!
Once you have your licence key, you can enter that in your Wordpress dashboard (under ClubManager > Licence) and you're then all set and the site is fully live.

System Requirements
ClubManager is designed to work on just about any Wordpress site, but there are a few basic parameters you'll need;
Wordpress 6.0 or higher.
PHP 8.1
IonCube needs to be enabled (see below)
WooCommerce plugin installed and active.
