Where your monthly membership payments come from will depend on when you joined us and exactly what it is you’re paying for a monthly basis. The good news is we’re here to help if you’re stuck;

Individual Memberships (With or Without Insurance)

If you’ve joined us as an individual instructor on a monthly basis, you’ll find all of your recurring payments and stored card details in the /clubs (applicant’s) website. You can view all of your monthly payments here.

If you’ve renewed as an individual instructor you’ll find all of your monthly payments in MyBMABA, here.

You can view and download receipts and change any payment cards from both of the above respective links. Just head to ‘payment methods’.

By default each system will keep separate records and payment details. As soon as you’ve renewed for the first time your applicant’s account at bmaba.org.uk/clubs is archived for future reference but isn’t require for on-going payments, as this will instead be handled through MyBMABA to keep everything in one place.

Club Memberships

If you've signed up using the website, bmaba.org.uk/clubs, you can use the above link to manage your monthly subscription.

If you came through to us for a bespoke service or renewal, you’ll be using our VIP subscription portal. This is a dedicated and separate portal just for our larger clubs and clients in which you can view and manage any and all monthly subscriptions – both online and offline. You can view the VIP portal here.

Please remember not to try and cancel monthly subscriptions without first discussing this with our team, as doing so could immediately void any insurances and memberships, backdated to the last payment made.
